Registration Forms & Payment
Please complete the following steps to register for Marching Band:
- Complete the online registration form - due June 10th
- Make a payment (use PayPal, student account, or check to "Franklin Band Boosters")
- Pay just the registration fee ($50), or
- Pay the full amount ($150)
- Participation fee must be paid in full by August 1st.
- Print and fill out medication forms below (if needed) by August 1st.
- Checks and forms can be turned in to Mrs. Kuchta, or the main office at Franklin High School.
